IDEA Fund Partners is committed to monitoring our portfolio companies and assisting them as necessary.
For earlier-stage investments, IDEA Fund Partners will seek a position on the company’s board of directors. For later-stage investments, we will seek a board seat or observer rights to board meetings. For all investments, we will review reports distributed by the portfolio company and monitor its progress on a monthly or quarterly basis.
IDEA Fund Partners has the unique ability to leverage business relationships that can help portfolio companies overcome research, product development, sales and product adoption hurdles.
We can also provide assistance with important company building tasks including management team recruitment; business plan composition; strategic, marketing and financial plan formulation; and subsequent funding round syndicate formation.
