Sourcing Story
After Eric left Pendo, a unicorn and Idea Fund Partners portfolio company he co-founded, we were curious to see what he would do next. As a firm we love investing in purpose-built platforms for functions that have been overlooked, so when we learned Eric was doing just that for sales organizations, we were excited to invest in him a second time.
Conviction Points
With Eric having helped scale Pendo to $150m in revenue, and Jeff Serlin having battled the challenges of managing sales orgs via Excel sheets in several leadership roles, we were not surprised that the company was already engaged with beta customers and building a product to best address their needs.
