Venture Partner Chris Langford started building a relationship with Plantd in 2020. After tracking the company’s MVP and production facility development, when the opportunity arose the firm proactively connected Plantd with DR Horton, who became Plantd’s first customer. By the time the Series A came around, IFP was in prime position to invest in the company.
