Dale Harber is currently active as a principal of a consulting firm serving Private Equity and Venture Capital firms in the areas of turnaround, strategy development and M&A. He has over 30 years of experience in diverse industries including software, hardware, and services, mostly in the industrial and technology markets. Dale has been key member of teams that successfully exited PE owned portfolio companies Sensus and Kinetek to strategic buyers.

Dale has extensive leadership in public and privately held companies. His early career was in leadership roles at ITT Aerospace and General Electric. He has an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology.
